Returns & Exchanges
Every item sold by Murrieta Cooks! is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a MurrietaCooks.com purchase or gift for any reason, please send it back to us within 45 days of purchase, following the instructions included with the package for receiving a refund, credit or replacement item. Or, return the item within 45 of purchase to our store for an exchange or refund. Merchandise that is not defective and is returned after 30 days of purchase and within the 45 return period will receive Murrietacooks.com web credit good towards your next online or in-store purchase. Merchandise deemed to be flawed by a manufacturers defect is warranted by the manufacturer and may be returned for exchange or refund within the warranty period.
You can return the merchandise via United Parcel Service or at our Murrieta cooks! store in Murrieta. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the packing list included with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to tear off the top portion of the form and keep it for your records. Please call or email before you return your items as sale and special order items are not eligible for returns.
Then call 800/842-3322 to request a UPS call tag to have the package picked up from wherever is most convenient for you whether it be at your home or work place.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to you according to the policy stated above. But don't forget, you can always return or exchange any item at our store in Murrieta.
Shipping & Handling
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 24 hours. Orders placed between Friday, 2:00pm (PST) and Sunday, 12:00am (PST) will be processed Monday. We will contact you via email with further details on the delivery status of any item that may be delayed.
UPS can not provide delivery to PO addresses.
Sales Tax
Items shipped within the state of California will be charged 8.75% sales tax. Items shipped outside of California are not charged sale tax.
